Fund4Founders, LLC ("Fund4Founders," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company incorporated in the State of California, operating the startup funding and idea protection platform at fund4founders.com (the "Platform"). We serve users across the United States, including startup founders, idea generators, angel investors, venture capital firms, consultants, potential employees, beta customers, and strategic partners.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect from and about you when you use the Platform, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have regarding your information. It applies to all interactions with the Platform, including account creation, subscription, post-match workspace access, and NDA execution.

If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive state privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or other states that have enacted or will enact consumer privacy legislation), you may have additional rights under applicable state law. The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your home country. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
The Platform is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect how we use your personal information, we will provide additional notice — such as an in-app banner, notification, or email to your registered address — at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, please discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to close your account.
